What the current site is costing you

  • No page for the client industries you serve, so search has nothing to rank.EX-01
  • A generic contact form instead of an intake step that qualifies the lead.EX-02
  • Slow on the phone, where the search that found you happened.EX-03
  • Built once and left alone while your service list moved on.EX-04
  • Inquiries sitting in an inbox instead of routed into your CRM.EX-05

Speed

Fast because it is coded that way

90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed

Every page is custom coded and served from the edge, on mobile and desktop alike.

No page-builder overhead

No plugin stack to slow down or break; the site is built and coded for your firm specifically.

Visibility

Structured so it can rank

A page per service, per client industry

The architecture a generalist competitor never built, crossed the way search actually gets used.

Researched articles, every week

A reason for search engines to keep returning, on a schedule you never have to run yourself.

Articles

2 to 3 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words

Every article is about your firm's visibility, never accounting or tax technique.

  • How prospective clients evaluate a bookkeeping or finance firm online
  • What a client-industry page should say, by industry
  • How an intake step changes who books a call
  • What a payroll bureau or fractional CFO practice shows on its homepage

Change control

Revisions and the client portal

  • 5 revisions a month included, any size
  • $20 flat for each one after that, no hourly billing
  • Completed within 2 to 5 working days
  • Requested from your client portal or by email

Cadence

What "weekly updates" actually means

  1. Hours, team and contact details kept current

  2. Service and client-industry pages refreshed as your firm changes

  3. New service-area or location pages added as you expand

  4. Small copy and structure fixes rolled in without using a revision

Every plan, item by item

What is actually in each plan

The table above is the summary. This is the whole list: 32 separate things, each with the problem it removes from your week and the tiers that carry it.

The website itself

Built for your firm, not adapted from a template, and structured the way your engagements already are.

09 items
  • Custom-coded pages

Every page written and coded for your firm rather than assembled in a page builder from a template.

    Solves
Your site stops looking like the other four a prospect opened in adjacent tabs this afternoon.
    You do
Approve the design. You never open an editor.
    Every plan
  • A page for every service

Monthly close, reconciliation, payroll support, AP and AR, catch-up work: each gets its own page and its own address.

    Solves
A search for one specific service has a page written for exactly that service to land on.
    You do
Give us the service list at onboarding. New services are one revision each.
    Every plan
  • A page for every client industry

Ecommerce, construction, real estate, medical practices, nonprofits, agencies: a page each, in that industry’s own vocabulary.

    Solves
A business owner searching for bookkeeping in their own industry finds a page that names it.
    You do
Name the industries you serve. We research and write the pages.
    Every plan
  • Engagement scope request

An intake form asking entity type, monthly transaction volume band, payroll headcount and current software. It never quotes a fee and never gives advice.

    Solves
The first call starts as a fit conversation instead of a discovery one.
    You do
Confirm the questions. Answers arrive structured.
    Every plan
  • Inquiries routed into your CRM

Every form on the site delivers into your CRM by API, Zapier or Make, the moment it is submitted.

    Solves
Nothing sits in a shared inbox overnight while a faster firm replies first.
    You do
Tell us which CRM. If you switch later, we repoint it.
    Every plan
  • One domain, in your name

One domain included free for as long as the plan runs, registered in your name so you own it outright, or we point the one you already have.

    Solves
No lock-in. If you ever leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge.
    You do
Choose the name, or hand us the one you own.
    Every plan
  • Migration from your current site

Existing copy, service descriptions, client industry pages and usable images carried across, with redirects set from your old page addresses.

    Solves
Links from directories, referral partners and old marketing keep working, and you do not rewrite the site from a blank page.
    You do
Send access, or just the content if access has been lost.
    Every plan
  • Built to be usable

Real headings, keyboard reachable controls, visible focus, labeled fields, readable contrast and text that survives zoom, with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines in mind.

    Solves
Helps you meet the accessibility expectations a US business site is now judged against. It is a build standard, not a legal opinion.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • The policy pages that ship with it

Privacy policy, terms, a cookie policy with a banner that genuinely gates scripts, an accessibility statement, and a plain notice that your site is not giving financial advice.

    Solves
The pages a visitor and a regulator both look for are there on launch day, not on a list of things to write later.
    You do
Read them and tell us anything specific to your firm. They are templates we fill in, not legal advice.
    Every plan

Managed, so nobody at your firm logs in

The part most firms underestimate. A site is not finished at launch, it is maintained.

05 items
  • Hosting, SSL and the network

Managed hosting on a global edge network with SSL, a content delivery network, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, all inside the monthly fee.

    Solves
No hosting invoice, no certificate renewal, no bandwidth overage in a busy week, no control panel.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • Weekly detail updates

Hours, team, the current service list and service-area pages checked and corrected every week.

    Solves
The site stops quietly becoming untrue three months after launch.
    You do
Mention changes when they happen. We check regardless.
    Every plan
  • 5 revisions a month

Any change you ask for is one revision, with no limit on how much goes into it, completed within 2 to 5 working days. 5 a month are included.

    Solves
A new service page, a rewrite, new photography: none of it needs a quote or an hourly rate.
    You do
Raise it in the client portal.
    Every plan
  • A client portal

Your account with us from launch day: request revisions, raise a support ticket, send files and message the team.

    Solves
Nothing about your site lives in a forwarded email chain.
    You do
Use it, or email us and we log it for you.
    Every plan
  • A launch date, agreed up front

Live in 7 days on Intake, 10 on Reconciliation while the AI agents are trained, 15 on Filed with the content operation running. The clock starts at the onboarding call.

    Solves
No open-ended build that drifts across a quarter.
    You do
Get the onboarding form in. That is what starts the clock.
    Every plan

Found by people, by answer engines and by AI assistants

Three different things are searching now, and they do not read a page the same way.

07 items
  • Technical SEO

Clean URLs, one heading structure per page, canonicals, an XML sitemap, a robots file, internal linking between services and industries, and the 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop.

    Solves
The mechanical reasons a good site fails to rank are handled before launch rather than diagnosed a year later.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • On-page SEO

One primary search term per page, a unique title and description everywhere, and copy that answers the question the page is named after.

    Solves
Every page has a job in search instead of competing with its neighbors for the same phrase.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • Location and service-area pages for your cities

A real page for each city or service area your firm works in, written about that area rather than templated with the name swapped.

    Solves
Local searches such as bookkeeping plus a city name have somewhere on your site to land, which is how local organic traffic grows.
    You do
Tell us the areas. New ones are added as revisions.
    Every plan
  • Answer-first content and FAQ blocks

Every section leads with the direct answer, headings are shaped like the questions people actually ask, and pages carry visible FAQ blocks marked up as structured questions.

    Solves
This is what a featured snippet, a voice answer or an AI summary can lift cleanly. It is called answer engine optimization, and most firm sites are not written for it.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • Structured data, properly

Organization and LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList markup generated from your own site data, plus Review markup once you have real reviews to mark up.

    Solves
Search engines get an explicit, machine-readable description of who you are and what you sell instead of inferring it from prose.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • Readable by AI assistants

A machine-readable llms.txt and a full-content file, clean semantic markup that reads correctly without styling, consistent naming of your firm and services, and citable facts stated plainly.

    Solves
Assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews increasingly answer the question instead of linking to it. This is what makes your firm citable when they do. No one can guarantee an AI answer will name you, and we do not.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Every plan
  • Researched articles

2 a week on Intake and Reconciliation, 3 a week on Filed, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, about how prospective clients find and choose a firm rather than about accounting technique.

    Solves
A steady stream of new indexed pages, which is one of the clearest signals that a site is worth crawling again.
    You do
    Approve, or request a topic.
    Every plan

The AI Engine

Included on Reconciliation and Filed. It answers, qualifies and routes. It never advises and never quotes a fee.

07 items
  • An AI receptionist on your calls

Answers calls your team cannot take, using your own service list, hours and intake process as its source material.

    Solves
The call that arrives mid-close, or at 7 p.m., stops becoming a voicemail nobody returns.
    You do
Nothing during the call. Read the summary after.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • Call transcripts and summaries

Every handled call is followed by a call-analysis document summarizing what was discussed.

    Solves
You get the record without listening back to a recording.
    You do
    Skim it.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • A chat widget on the site

Answers common questions about your services and service areas on the page, around the clock.

    Solves
A visitor at 9 p.m. gets an answer instead of a contact form and a wait.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • SMS, Facebook Messenger and Instagram agents

The same agent answers text messages, Messenger and Instagram direct messages, trained on the same material.

    Solves
Leads arriving on a channel nobody at the firm watches get an answer anyway.
    You do
    Connect the accounts once.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • Call booking and text-back

Books a discovery call onto your calendar, and texts a lead back automatically when they submit the intake form or when a call is missed.

    Solves
The gap between a form landing and a human replying stops being where leads go cold.
    You do
    Share the calendar once.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • A2P 10DLC registration handled

Business text messaging in the United States has to be registered before it can send. We file that registration on your behalf as part of setup.

    Solves
A compliance step most firms would otherwise have to work out themselves before they could legally text a lead.
    You do
Provide the business details the registration asks for.
    Reconciliation and Filed
  • A hard handoff rule

Anything that reads as a request for financial, accounting or tax advice, or that touches a specific client’s numbers, is handed to a person at your firm instead of answered.

    Solves
The agent cannot drift into giving advice in your firm’s name, because it is built not to.
    You do
Tell us who the handoff goes to.
    Reconciliation and Filed

The Content Engine

Included on Filed. A content operation, not a content plan.

04 items
  • 3 researched articles a week

The full article cadence, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, published to your site with on-page SEO handled.

    Solves
The publishing schedule you keep meaning to start actually runs.
    You do
Request topics when you have one in mind.
    Filed only
  • 3 social image posts a week

Produced from your own branding and scheduled, without briefing a designer or writing a caption.

    Solves
Your profiles stop looking abandoned to anyone who checks them before calling.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Filed only
  • 2 short video reels a week

Short-form video built from the same material as the articles and posts.

    Solves
Presence on the formats that get distribution, without anyone at the firm being on camera every week.
    You do
    Nothing.
    Filed only
  • A managed Google Business Profile

Hours, services and posts kept current on the listing that appears beside map results.

    Solves
The profile a local searcher sees first stops being the least current thing about your firm.
    You do
    Grant access once.
    Filed only

Risk

What we guarantee, and the one thing we refuse to pretend

Everything below is a term you can hold us to, sitting next to the decision rather than four clicks away in a policy page. Including the last one, which most sites move somewhere quieter.

  • Guaranteed

You approve before the build fee exists

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have said you are happy with it. You pay the first monthly invoice to start the plan, and nothing else until there is a finished site to look at.

  • Guaranteed

90+ PageSpeed, or we keep working

The speed target is a term of the plan, on mobile and desktop, from launch day. It is not a best effort and it is not something you check for us a year later.

  • Included

5 revisions a month, any size

A revision is any change you ask for, with no cap on how much goes into one. Two new service pages with the copy supplied is one revision, not four. Every one is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Yours

No lock-in on your domain or your content

The domain is registered in your name, not ours. If you leave, tell us where to transfer it and we release it at no charge. Your content is yours and leaves with you.

  • Open

Cancel with two business days of notice

Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, and no further invoice is raised. Your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

  • Stated plainly

What we do not do: refunds

All sales are final, including monthly fees and the build fee. We would rather say that here than hide it. The build fee is charged only after you have approved the site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards. A duplicate or incorrect charge is a different matter and we correct those.

Cost per click

A faster page can make the ads you already run cheaper

If your firm spends anything on search ads, the landing page is not a design question, it is a cost question. Google grades the page the click lands on, and it says plainly that higher quality ads typically cost less per click. Your site is built to a 90+ PageSpeed target on mobile and desktop from launch day, which is the part of that grade you can actually control.

Where the click landsTicker
Infographic with Ticker the heron mascot: Why speed protects your ad spend. Click already paid for. 90+ PageSpeed page opens. Visitor stays and reads. Fewer paid clicks wasted.
The click is bought before the page arrives. A page that opens fast keeps more of the visitors you have already paid for.
Google, in its own wordsQuoted
Higher quality ads typically cost less per click than lower quality ads.

Google Ads Help, About ad quality, read September 2026. Landing page experience is one of the three components Google names in its Quality Score diagnostic.

What we will not claimStated plainly

Nobody can promise you a specific drop in cost per click, and anyone who does is guessing. Quality Score is a diagnostic, your competition and your bidding move it, and your ad copy matters as much as your page. What a fast, relevant, well-structured landing page does is remove one of the reasons your account is being graded down, and keep more of the visitors you have already paid for on the page long enough to read it.

We also do not run your ad account. The plans on this site cover the website and its management. What we give the ad account is a page worth sending traffic to.

What firms report

What firms say about the finished site

  • STATEMENT 01
They pushed us to be precise about outsourced finance support, which felt slow at first and right at the end. It is accurate about the process and careful not to promise what only a conversation can settle. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Talib Jabara, Operations coordinatorLandlord accounts and bookkeeping firm, Burlington, Vermont

Got Service scope and expectations for outsourced finance support

  • STATEMENT 02
They tracked down every place our outsourced finance support information appeared; there were more than we admitted. Everything now lives in one maintained reference, with the duplicates retired or redirected. It is the least glamorous work they did, and possibly the most valuable.
Viola Claybourne, Onboarding coordinatorSmall business bookkeeping practice, Stamford, Connecticut

Got Content audit and update process for outsourced finance support

  • STATEMENT 03
Our old outsourced finance support page said all the right things and showed none of them. Everything published is material we reviewed ourselves, chosen because it answers a real question. People comment on it, which never happened with the old page.
Rowena Harrington, Front office leadFarm accounts and bookkeeping practice, Naperville, Illinois

Got Reference content and service presentation for outsourced finance support

Out of scope

Six things the plans do not cover

Beside the price, not buried in a policy page. None of these is a gap we are working on, they are decisions about what this service is.

  • 01Your bookkeeping, in any formWe are not a bookkeeping firm, accounting firm, CPA practice or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is tax, accounting, audit or financial advice. Every engagement and every filing stays with your firm.
  • 02Running your ad accountPaid media is a separate job with a separate skill. What the plan gives an ad account is a landing page worth sending traffic to.
  • 03Managing your CRMWe route every form into the CRM you already use. We do not administer it, clean it or build workflows inside it.
  • 04A full brand identityWe work with the brand you have and apply it properly. A ground-up logo and identity program is not part of these plans.
  • 05Writing your accounting contentArticles are about how prospective clients find and choose a firm, never about accounting treatment or tax positions. That is your expertise, not ours.
  • 06A guaranteed ranking or lead count3 to 5 months is the honest window for a new site to start showing up for the terms it was built for. Nobody can promise a position, and we will not.

Terms

Before you ask

Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).

Domain and hosting

One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, or we point one you already own. Cloudflare hosting, SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth are included, nothing itemized.

Queries

Pricing questions

01What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. New page, new service, updated prices, a different photo, a color change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new service pages, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

02How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

03Can a revision add a new client industry page or update our engagement scope?

Yes. Adding a client industry page, such as a page for restaurant bookkeeping or ecommerce reconciliation, is one revision, and so is rewriting how you describe your engagement scope on an existing page. Send the copy and any images you want used and we build it within 2 to 5 working days. It counts toward your 5 included revisions the same as any other change.

04Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

05How secure is the hosting, and what happens if traffic spikes?

Your site sits behind Cloudflare's network, which includes SSL encryption, DDoS protection and a content delivery network by default, all part of the monthly fee with nothing itemized separately. Bandwidth is unmetered, so a spike in visitors, a shared social post, or a busy tax-season week does not trigger an overage charge or slow the site down. We manage the hosting configuration; you never need to touch a server or a control panel.

06Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

07What happens to my domain if I cancel?

You keep it. The domain is registered in your name, not ours, so it is yours regardless of whether your plan is active. When you cancel, tell us where to transfer it and we release it to your chosen registrar at no charge. There is no lock-in and no fee to take your domain with you when you go.

08What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

09How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

10Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.

11Why not just use a website builder?

For some firms a builder is the right answer and we say so on the comparison pages. The builders are fast to start, hosting is handled, and the editor is pleasant. Where they strain for a bookkeeping firm is a page for every service crossed with a page for every client industry, code-level page speed, structured data that stays accurate, and the fact that keeping all of it current lands on somebody at your firm. We wrote a page on each of the main options, including the cases where they win.

12I already use GoHighLevel. Do I have to move?

No, and we would advise against it. GoHighLevel stays your CRM, your calendar and your automation layer, and every form on the new site routes into your existing pipeline by API, Zapier or Make. Your campaign funnels keep taking paid and outbound traffic. The website becomes the front door that earns and answers the traffic you did not buy.
