What the demo does not do

  • It does not start billing. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
  • It is not a scripted sales deck. We build a mock-up of your services live.
  • The $797 build fee is never discussed as due on the call; it is only ever invoiced after your site is live.
  • It does not give you accounting, tax or financial advice. We build websites; your professional work stays yours.
  • It does not end in a pressure close. If a builder or a freelancer is the better call for your firm, we will say so and point you at the comparison page that explains why.

What firms report

What firms say after the build

On the call we walk through all 32 things in the plan against your own service list, not a slide deck.

  • STATEMENT 01
A lot of our outsourced finance support interest arrives after we close; the site finally accepts that. The form captures what a callback needs and says clearly that a person replies in working hours. The morning inbox is a work list now, not a puzzle.
Irene Milford, PartnerLogistics company bookkeeping firm, St. Petersburg, Florida

Got After-hours inquiry capture for outsourced finance support

  • STATEMENT 02
I could never prove what we had approved for the outsourced finance support page, because nothing was written down. Now I send the current wording and its replacement, review the preview, and confirm. It is refreshingly boring, which is exactly what a change process should be.
Alan Harlow, Bookings and calls coordinatorProperty management bookkeeping service, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Got Content approvals and change requests for outsourced finance support

  • STATEMENT 03
During the review we asked what happens if the outsourced finance support form fails. Failure paths were treated as a design requirement rather than an embarrassment. We now know the fallback exists before the day we need it.
Simon Bridgewater, Accounts administratorHospitality bookkeeping service, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Got Contact resilience and delivery checks for outsourced finance support

Before the call

01How long until my site is live?

7 days on Intake, 10 on Reconciliation while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Filed with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the form is in, the sooner you are live.

02What is included in each plan?

Intake, at $137 a month, is a fully managed, fast website built around your services, service areas and intake form, with domain and hosting included. Reconciliation, at $297 a month plus AI usage, adds the AI Engine: automated answering, call booking and text-back. Filed, at $747 a month, adds the Content Engine on top of that: more articles, social image posts, reels and a managed Google Business Profile. Every plan carries the same $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after launch.

03Can the site have a page for every client industry we serve?

Yes. If your firm serves multiple client industries, such as restaurants, ecommerce sellers, medical practices or nonprofits, each can get its own page describing how your services apply to that industry. The first set is scoped during onboarding based on what you tell us; adding more later, or updating one as your client base changes, is handled as a normal revision with no extra tier required.

04What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the areas you serve, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

05What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.
