Answer first: you pay once, you fill one form, you take one call, and the next thing you see is your site.
The first month, paid through Stripe
Pick a plan and pay its first month by card on a secure Stripe checkout. The plan renews monthly from that day. The build fee is not charged at checkout, and it is not raised at all while the waiver is open.
The onboarding form
Your services, the client industries you serve, your brand, your domain and where inquiries should land. About 15 minutes. Submit it even if something is missing.
One onboarding call
We fill the gaps, agree the page list, and set the launch date against the plan you chose.
We build
Live in 7 to 15 days from that call, depending on the plan.
You review, then it goes live
You see it before anyone else does. Once you approve it, it ships. Your monthly plan simply carries on, and no build fee follows while the waiver covers your order.

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date. Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which is short and worth reading.
The fee is waived, not deferred
While the waiver is open, the $797 build fee is not invoiced after launch and is not added to a later month. It comes off the order.

01What exactly is waived?
The one-time build fee of $797. It is normally invoiced after your site is live. While the waiver is open, it is not invoiced at all, and it is not moved into a later month. The monthly plan price is unchanged: Intake at $137, Reconciliation at $297, Filed at $747.
02How long is the build fee waived for?
Until 31 December 2026. Orders placed on or before that date have the fee waived. After it, the $797 build fee returns and is invoiced after launch in the usual way.
03What do I pay today?
The first month of the plan you choose, charged by card through Stripe when you order. The plan then renews monthly until you cancel. There is no deposit, and the one-time build fee is not charged at checkout.
04When does the site go live?
Between 7 and 15 days from the onboarding call, depending on the plan: Intake in 7 days, Reconciliation in 10 days, Filed in 15 days. The clock starts at the call, not at the payment, because the call is where we agree what is being built.
05Can I change the site after it launches?
Yes. Every plan includes 5 revisions a month of any size, completed within 2 to 5 working days. Further revisions in the same month are $20 each, flat, never billed by the hour. Weekly detail updates are separate and do not use a revision.
06Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from your client portal or by email. The change applies from your next invoice date. Moving up does not re-trigger a build fee.
07What is your refund position?
All sales are final except a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date. The full terms are on the refund policy page, and we would rather you read it before you order than after.
08Is LedgerWebStudio a bookkeeping firm?
No. We build and manage the website. We are not a bookkeeping firm, accounting firm, CPA practice or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is tax, accounting, audit or financial advice.
