Your card details go to Stripe, never to this site. It is one payment and nothing is set to recur.
Your receipt arrives by email
Stripe emails the receipt and an invoice straight away, and we confirm the build fee is settled.

Before you pay
01Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $797 payment, charged once. Your monthly plan is billed separately and is not changed by paying it.
02Do I need to pay this?
Only if a build fee has been invoiced to you. Plans started on or before 31 December 2026 have the build fee waived, so if yours was one of them there is nothing to pay here. If you are not sure, write to hello@ledgerwebstudio.com before paying.
03Why is the amount the same on every plan?
The build is the same work whichever plan runs on top of it: the design, the pages, the copy and the launch. What changes between plans is what we do each month, and that is priced in the monthly fee, not in the build fee.
04Is the payment safe?
Yes. Payment is taken on a Stripe checkout page. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and is never seen or stored by this site or by us.
05Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and that includes the build fee. The only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days. The refund policy page sets out the full terms.
